Washington Elementary School

The project scope included the addition of air conditioning to the entire campus of an existing elementary school, of which DEC Engineers served as the prime consultant. The design consisted of a new air-cooled central chiller and gas-fired boiler plant that provided chilled and heating hot water to 4-pipe fan coil units located above lay-in ceiling tiles.
