Both Buildings 1 and 3 received Gold ratings primarily due to high efficiency mechanical equipment, low-e blue tinted glazing, high efficiency fluorescent lighting and the use of office space occupancy sensors. The site gained exemplary performance in water efficiency with the use of reclaimed water.
