The UCSD East Campus Office Building will perform 28% better than California Title 24 standards by using variable air volume air-handlers and being connected to the UCSD campus central chilled water plant. Glazing are thermally broken to further reduce heat loss during winter months. An Energy Star rated light colored membrane creates a cool roof environment to save energy.
