Mechanical engineering services including HVAC design for a remodel of the existing central plant. The facility includes new cooling tower and chillers. The remodeled central plant was closely coordinated to limit Hotel operations.

Design Features

  • 1000 ton 4-pipe central plant
  • New 3200 GPM cooling tower
  • New flow meters
  • Replace all existing control valves
  • Limited any hotel shut downs
