Karl Strauss Downtown Los Angeles
Converted existing commercial bank with office suites in multi-story high rise building to commercial kitchen, restaurant with open dining, bar and micro-brewery. Existing Air Handler and VAV system serving the building was capped and sealed to isolate restaurant fumes from migrating back to Air Handler and other tenant spaces.
