The project scope included design services for a new 4,600 square foot central plant, of which DEC Engineers was the prime consultant, to support San Diego City College's campus. The plant produces 1,500 tons of cooling and 7,100,000 Btuh of heating with future growth to 2,000 tons and 12,400,000 Btuh.
