The project scope included design services for a new 3,500 square foot central plant, of which DEC Engineers was the prime consultant, built for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR) organization within the US Navy. This central plant produces 1,200 tons of cooling and 20,000,000 Btuh of heating for three operations buildings.
