The project scope included design services for three 4,500 square foot central plants, of which DEC Engineers was the prime consultant, located at MCAGCC Base in Twenty Nine Palms, CA. Each plant produces between 900 and 2,500 tons of cooling and serves multiple Bachelors' Enlisted Quarters (BEQ).
